Hi! My name is Gianna Gentile. I am a 24 year old native of New Jersey currently residing in Arizona. With a background in Nutrition, I pursued formal education in the field and acquired certifications as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I am currently undergoing training to obtain accreditation as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.
My profound passion for health and nutrition has been a driving force throughout my career. Recognizing the impact of optimal self care, I have dedicated myself to mastering the intricacies of nutrition. It has taken me a while to find myself in the health and fitness world, but I am so glad I did!
It is one thing to look good, but when you genuinely FEEL good too, your whole world will change.
