Start your Morning with Water!
People underestimate the power and effects water has on the body. Water is a natural source that improves digestion, boosts your mood, body detoxification, improves circulation, and stress reduction. I ALWAYS start my mornings with warm water (which is better on the tummy!), half of a lemon, and Celtic sea salt. I know it sounds like a crazy combo, but it is delicious!
Lemons are beneficial because they support heart health, good source of Vitamin C, help control weight, reduce risk of cancer, and improve digestive health. Cut one in half and juice half of it into your warm water. Watch out for any seeds!
Celtic sea salt is a go to for me because it is a natural source of electrolytes! It doesn’t make your water grossly salty, but only add a pinch!
