  3. Daily, Long Walks: Walking is such an underrated exercise. It is low-impact, improves your circulation, and helps with digestion!
  4. Strength Training: Strength training will put muscle mass on your body. More muscle mass will make you feel stronger, feel better, and look better!
  5. Protein at Every Meal: Adding protein to each meal will balance your blood sugar, prevent binge eating and mindless snacking, and increase satiety!
